A Little Bit About Me
British Muslim, based in Leicester, with roots stretching from Karachi to Zambia—basically, I come with built-in international flavour. Divorced for 13 years, with three amazing kids (don’t live with me, one married—so yes, I’ve already survived wedding planning once!).
Professionally, I’ve worn a few hats: Engineer at Birmingham Airport (yes, I worked on the actual Concorde, and no, I didn't break it), Property Manager in Zambia, and now surfing the waves in the Financial Market—because planes and properties weren’t stressful enough.
Armed with a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering, I take pride in my brainy side, but I’m also just your thoughtful, introverted, loyal guy who’s trying to figure out if Korean dramas are better than conspiracy theories (plot twist: both win).
Currently working hard on my health goals—down 13 kg since Feb 2024, and the scale keeps clapping for me. Apparently, I take “once I’ve decided something, I stick with it” very seriously.
I love my Coffee, walks, sci-fi, travelling, table tennis, and crafts—so if you're looking for someone who can talk alien, make something random, and then serve you a mean backhand, I might be your guy.
Languages? Fluent in English, Kutchi, Gujarati, and Urdu—so I can sweet-talk you in four different ways and yes, I do pray (Alhamdulillah!).
